🇩🇪 Shipping Policy – Belamore Gift Box

1. Order Processing
We lovingly hand-pack each DIY gift box! 💛
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another once it ships.

During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.), please allow a few extra days for dispatch — we promise it’s worth the wait!



2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Germany):
Standard shipping: €3.99 (3–5 business days)
Free shipping on orders over €50

EU Shipping:
Standard shipping: €6.99 (5–10 business days)
Free shipping on orders over €50

We currently ship to: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Denmark,
If you’d like to order from another EU country, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to make it happen!



3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your gift box’s journey to your doorstep.

All parcels are sent via DHL or Deutsche Post, depending on size and destination.



4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries within the EU, VAT is included in your order total — no extra fees at delivery.
For non-EU countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.



5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (Germany) or 15 business days (EU), please contact us at [support@yourstore.com].
We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated every step of the way.



6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it once the additional shipping cost is covered.
